*   The shutoff on the old unit was made at the 3,6 and 12 o’clock positions. The new unit has a shutoff at the 3 o’clock position only. Attach a brass rod to the shutoff and drop behind the dial into the case to change chime selector if necessary.

** The new unit has a time winding hole about 1/2 inch below the original. It is necessary to modify the dial to accommodate this. In addition the new unit has a time winding drum slightly below the level of the bottom of the unit requiring that the seatboard be “dished out” that area.

Note 1:  On both the UW32 and UW3 series the / mark is interchangeable with “0”. That is the UW32/1 is the same as the UW32001.

Note 2: On all Urgos movements a letter follows the UW#.  These are all interchangeable. The letter “A” indicates dead beat, all other leters B,C,D,E are automatic beat.

Note 3: If you have a number for which there is no cross reference, we need the following information:

• UW#
• Chain or cable wind 
• Westminster or triple chime 
• Handshaft from the plate to tip in mm 
• Length of the pendulum from the suspension post to the tip in cm or the bph
