The limited Hermle and Urgos movements and parts warranty:

• Year 1 – replace with return label issued.
• Year 2 – repair with return label issued.
• Year 3 – repair with return at customer expense.
• If any markings are added to the movement, this becomes an automatic repair
• Contact Hermle for a return number before shipping
• Returns damaged due to improper packing will not be credited
• Warranty is limited to the replacement of the movement or part

The limited Kieninger movement warranty:

All weight driven movements sold by Butterworth carry a 10 year prorated replacement warranty against failure from manufacturing defects and spring driven a 5 year prorated wattanty. If requested we will try to repair the unit up to 3 years.

The returned movement must be received without markings or damage.

The warranty is limited to the replacement of the movement or part.

Contact Butterworth to receive a return number before shipping. We will send a return label for movement replacements.
